BlueOcean Energy proposes to deliver natural gas through a floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal to fuel the New Jersey and New York region.

Energy is a fundamental building block for prosperity. Yet obtaining it is a key challenge in New Jersey and New York.

Approval process

Federal and state agencies, led by the U.S. Coast Guard, will independently confirm that the project meets rigorous safety, environmental and engineering standards, and all regulations.
